- Blend with a brush or a finger

- Draw a line along the upper eyelid and extend it to the desired shape
- Wait 20-30 seconds for the liner to set
SMOKED OUT WINGED LINER
- Apply the pencil to the entire upper eyelid
- Blend with a brush or a finger
- Add another layer along the base of the eye for more opacity
SMOKY EYES
- Apply the pencil to the entire eyelid
- Blend the pencil with a brush, moving from the inner to the outer corner of the eye
- Add a layer of eyeshadow on top for an extra smoky effect

For a smoky eye apply the pencil to the waterline and the entire eyelid, blend out with a brush. Finish off with mascara.
