Order Cancellation and Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after:

  • the day you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) receive the goods, or

  • in the case of multiple goods in one order delivered separately, the day you receive the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to cancel your order by a clear statement. You can do this by:

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the 14-day period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed about your decision.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods.

You must send back the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise stated.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery

  • goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized

  • other items as defined by applicable law
